Inactive Account – Frozen Funds Coinsbit.ltd (formerly Coinsbit.io) deactivated my account without even notifying me. My balance at the time was 3,432 USD. The message stated that I would need to make a deposit to reactivate the account. There was no information regarding the required deposit amount (although demanding any sum to reactivate an account is absurd). Other exchanges do not have such a requirement. When I clicked the specific section to check deposit details, the screen showed a minimum of 100 USD. I made a Bitcoin deposit equivalent to 100 USD. In fact, I made two deposits totaling 198 USD in Bitcoin. But, to my surprise, the account was not reactivated. I contacted Coinsbit.ltd via chat. The representative stated that I had to deposit 20% of the account balance—which was 3,432 USD—in a single transaction; this amounted to around 686 USD. Just imagine the absurdity of that! Making the deposit itself wouldn't even be the issue. However, given Coinsbit.ltd's dishonesty, I do not believe I would be able to withdraw my original balance plus the deposited amount. They are dishonest—if not outright thieves.
