My honest experience with CoinSwitch after being a customer for nearly 5 years and trading more than ₹80 lakhs on the platform: I am extremely disappointed with their customer support. For a single payment-tracking issue, I have interacted with more than 12 different support agents through emails and chats. Every new agent asks for the same information again and again, but there is no meaningful update, no ownership of the issue, and no clear resolution timeline. The biggest problem is the lack of a dedicated support representative. Every interaction starts from scratch, wasting the customer's time and patience. Despite providing all requested details multiple times, I still have not received a proper resolution. If a long-term customer with significant trading volume struggles to get a simple issue resolved, I genuinely worry about the experience for new users. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly recommend evaluating other platforms such as CoinDCX, ZebPay, or other alternatives before choosing CoinSwitch. some agents will call from coiswitch and will ask to open account and then deposit and they will blow all deposit money into comission and fees on the name of algo or trading in futures
