Ive been ordering with them since 2019.
Ive been ordering with them since 2019. There were alot of ups and downs bc of they way they used to do the shipping... It was either expensive item price + low shipping OR low item price + high shipping. Now it's stabilized. Their prices are not the best (can always get 10% off though with codes) but it's also not the worst. I think shipping is pretty quick, and packed ok-usually a brown box. I've never received in a bag before. I did get a broken BTS Jhope pot art made merch before and it was easy to return but sad bc it couldn't be replaced. Also it's pretty easy to cancel an item from a order, just email them what items you want to cancel clearly. There was a time they misunderstood and cancelled an item I wasn't cancelling but I didn't want to make a big deal about it since I was on the fence. So if things sell out on weverse, this is the 2nd/3rd place I check. Also it's a plus that I can ship to a korea address for consolidation.

Fabulous company
Fabulous company! I just received a package of my BTS and my Monsta X light sticks! It took a month to process because BTS is on tour. But it took 2 days for Cokodive to ship them. Overall, very, very satisfied and happy with my purchase.

I placed two orders with Cokodive
I placed two orders with Cokodive, but then I realized BTS was doing a merch pickup in my city. So, I contacted their customer service (props to Ricca!) and was able to cancel and get a full refund without any difficulties. It was a fast and smooth process. If tariffs weren't happening, I'd be happy to order from them in the future. Their customer reps do a great job of getting back to you and making sure you're satisfied. Super sweet!

Absolutely terrible shipping experience…
Absolutely terrible shipping experience – Avoid! I placed my order on February 13th and only received it on June 26th. The delivery took over four months, and it only arrived because I was forced to upgrade the shipping to FedEx—which cost me an expensive invoice on top of what I had already paid. I will definitely never order from Cokodive again. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere.
