The sole on one shoe came completely…
The sole on one shoe came completely off, causing me to stumble. Customer service dismissed the issue because the shoe was out of warranty. This wasn’t normal wear—it was a catastrophic failure. Before posting this review, I contacted customer service and offered to include any comment they wished to make. I also attempted to provide photos of the failure, but their system doesn’t allow it. They declined to offer any response. The entire process was a waste of time. The quality has clearly declined, and the brand name is the only thing holding these shoes up anymore.

Men's GrandPrø All-Day Leather Running Shoes
The shoes feels like clouds that are wrapped in clouds. I have an odd toe box to my toes where they often brush against the top of the shoes, but not these. I did not have to break them in and they were comfortable right out of the box. I am unsure why the negative reviews, particularly the one where the guy left them in a box for years only wearing them a few times. Shoes are meant to be worn and if you don't they will degrade. The delivery service was okay. I am not a fan of UPS as they often "lose" orders in my city's main distribution center. The sale I caught them on was great and a week after finding the shoes, I noted that it was still there so no pressure buying. The color was true to the picture. Style wise they are nice for an older gentleman. Despite being considered running shoes they can be paired with a suit, slacks or a good pair of dark jeans.

Unacceptable response from Cole Hann Customer Services Team
Having purchased a pair of VERY EXPENSIVE Cole Hann shoes a few years back I kept them in near perfect condition whilst only wearing them on important occasions, so the shoes had not been worn more than 10 - 15 times! I recently took them out of their stored original box to notice that the rubber soles were cracking. As I inspected them further the soles started to split further and basically fall apart in my hands I got in contact with Cole Hann UK online department and explained the situation whilst backing it up with photographs. The response was pathetic, stating of with that I needed to return them to the original store that would have resulted in me having to travel back to London at great financial costs (close to £100 in train fares) The Customer Care team then tried to use the wear & tear excuse that is a complete joke as the shes were in really good condition other than the fact that the soles had disintegrated. They then tried to use the excuse that they had fallen apart because they had gotten wet ... sorry but are they saying that these rubber based shoes should not have been worn in the rain???!!! The bottom line is that the soles were 100% faulty, not fit for purpose! All I was asking for was a suitable response such as a repair/ new soles or a replacement pair but all I got back was negativity and deniability that these shoes were faulty Sorry but Cole Hann's reputation as a mid level quality Clothing Company has to be questioned as they clearly sell sub standard products with an even worse Customer Services attitude to their buyers.

Wish I had read these comments before I…
Wish I had read these comments before I purchased. Bought a pair of shoes online but was too small. Sent over 5 emails to them but not even one reply. Sent fb messages as well as ig messages also nothing. Non existent customer service. DONT buy from them. Tons of better options out there.
