Awful don't but from them, completely crushed my feelings as I have been so excited for them to arrive
So wish I found this page of reviews before ordering, I've had an awful experience with this shop and now never want to online shop again. I have a wedding go travel to in Bali and trying to find a dress for someone who is picky ( me) was extremely difficult, found this dress on this site and fell in love and I Googled the dress for other sites but couldn't find this exact dress so ordered 2 months ago and one dress arrived a month later after having no tracking info and me chasing the company for it and the large arrived far far to big feels like a size 16 ( getting it altered as I like the dress and don't have time for another stressful shopping experience) and the medium eventually arrives today which is over a month since the last one arrived and I had to prove to them I ordered two dresses and then it comes and it's far far to small feels like what a size 8would be like. The material is different to the first dress and the colours are more dull and it's shorter by like 5 inches and looks more like the picture than the large does so unsure why the difference between 2 of the same dresses. Never never order from this company!!!!!

BE WARNED OF THIS WEBSITE!!! f I could give zero stars, I would. The quality of two of the dresses I received was extremely poor and nowhere near what I expected. They looked nothing like the photos and felt very cheap. Not only this but the dresses arrived over 2 weeks a later. When I contacted customer service to request a refund, I was told I would have to return the items to their warehouse in China at my own expense. International postage from the UK is extremely expensive, making the return process completely unreasonable for poor-quality items. Customer service has been unhelpful and unwilling to offer a fair solution. I have asked for a UK return address, a prepaid return label, or another reasonable alternative, but instead I have been expected to pay significant shipping costs just to get my money back. Customers should be aware that although the company ships to the UK, returns are processed overseas (their email states China and Vietnam), which is not something that is made clear before purchasing. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. I will not be purchasing from this company again and would not recommend them to anyone. DO NOT BOTHER YOURSELF!!

Very disappointed with this shop and I would strongly advise others to avoid buying from them. The dresses arrived in a very cheap plastic bag, which was already damaged when delivered. Customer service has been extremely unhelpful — even after sending photos of the damaged packaging twice, they still expected me to return the items using the same torn bag. Another major issue is that the dresses do not even have proper size labels, so you have no idea what size you are trying . The whole experience feels careless and misleading. They also do not clearly provide the return address on the website, and customers later discover that returns may need to be shipped to China at their own expense. Poor quality packaging, poor customer service, and a frustrating return process. Please avoid this shop and save yourself the hassle.

DO NOT BUY The clothes are not what you see on website. Customer service is so bad and not responsive to the questions asked. It’s more of a hassle. Do not buy! They don’t even deliver the correct items. Asked to cancel my purchase before they were shipped and I was ignored even though I was in my right to do so as in their website it clearly says I can cancel at any point before items are shipped. They just don’t listen.
