Was chaotisch en te massaal, slechte communicatie door een onduidelijk taal gebruik.ook moesten we geld op de costa kaart zetten en wat daar van overblijft kun je op de dag van vertrek pas terug krijgen en dan praat je over je eigen geld!!! Wij vertrokken uit kiel,wat wij niemand aanraden, je zit dan namelijk 8 uur in de bus Wat wij wel goed vonden was de vriendelijkheid van het costa personeel, de tafelindeling bij het diner en vooral de theatervoorstellingen vonden wij wel goed. Maar wat ons het meest stoorde was de massaliteit van mensen . Tenslotte nog dit aangaande CORENDON welke totaal niet aanwezig was en ook niets voor haar 28 gasten aan.boord heeft gedaan wat wij ervaren hebben als de reis is verkocht en zoek het ver maar uit. Dus CORENDON niet bedankt voor de begeleiding die wij ook niet hebben gekregen .

WARNING: Keep your children away!
If you are traveling with children, avoid Costa Cruises at all costs. During our trip on the Costa Smeralda, a waiter approached us at one of the bars and inappropriately pinched my 5-year-old son's bottom. This is not a "misunderstanding" or a joke; this is the act of a pervert. When we immediately reported this horrific incident to the management and demanded they find him, they couldn't even locate their own staff member. Instead of launching a serious investigation or calling security regarding a child being assaulted by their own employee, they tried to sweep it under the rug by offering us free drinks! It was absolutely disgusting. We told them we didn't want their drinks; we wanted real action taken against this pervert. The fact that Costa Cruises allows perverts to work on their ships and tries to buy off angry parents with free drinks is terrifying. Do not put your children in danger. Spend your money elsewhere.

Titlu: 89-year-old medical emergency ignored – 100% confiscated (Booking 36346486)
"We are deeply shocked by the total lack of compassion shown by Costa Cruises. Right before our embarkation on Costa Diadema (Booking 36346486), my 89-year-old mother-in-law suffered an acute cardiovascular crisis. She was rushed by ambulance to the Cardiovascular Hospital with dangerous high blood pressure (163/73, HTA Grade II) and placed on emergency IV fluids.It was physically and morally impossible for us to abandon an 89-year-old in an emergency room. We did not ask for cash back. We begged Costa directly and through our agency for a Future Cruise Credit (FCC) so we could sail at a later date. Costa completely refused to show any humanity, confiscating 100% of our cruise fare and even the 2 shore excursions that we paid directly to them and never used.Retaining money for shore excursions and services that were physically impossible to attend due to a life-threatening medical emergency of an elderly relative is abusive. We will never book with Costa Cruises again and we warn all families to avoid a company that treats human life and medical emergencies as a simple corporate cash-grab."

fake perfume from shop
had to pay extra for everything like water or tea. what prompted me to write this review is that perfumes bought on cruise are not authentic... I have been using Chanel for a long time and this is not the quality of Chanel at all.. does not even last for 2 hours. feel cheated.
