Poor Quality. Poor Customer Service.
Poor Quality. Design placed way too low, 4 inches on the T-shirt front. The shirt itself was poor quality. Customer Service offered me a $5 discount. I don't want $5. I want the shirt "Is he dead yet" with the Raven and coffee as shown on the advert. I want what I purchased - or a return. Extremely disappointed in the entire ordeal.

Every order I have made, and there have been a few, has been dealt with efficiently, and I have received the T-shirts quickly. They completely live up to my expectations, and when I recently needed to exchange a T-shirt there was no problem at all. It was really easy to do.

I ordered the wrong size Tshirt
I ordered the wrong size Tshirt. When I told Cosycustom they immediately put a new Tshirt in the post which has just arrived and it's a perfect fit. The quality of the item is lovely and I'm really impressed that they sent me another shirt free of charge to ensure I was happy with their product. Thank you Cosycustome, I certainly recommend you as a caring company

I purchased 4 T shirts without checking…
I purchased 4 T shirts without checking the reviews on here. When I did I became a little concerned. But! Let me tell you they were the best! The quality is good, well produced cotton T shirts, printed on not plastic pressed images. Here's where difference lay. Unfortunately, the sizes were off. I contacted the company and spoke to James via email, which I'll add I got a reply quick. I informed him there was a size problem. He basically said I could keep the ones I have and they'd send replacements... WOW! The replacements came yesterday. Same great quality, perfect sizes and one very happy customer! Quality - 10/10 Design - 9/10 Customer service - 10/10 Highly recommended and will be purchasing again. Thank you James Michael you are a star. God bless you my friend.
