I love the CouCou shop
I love the CouCou shop! I had an idea to get a limited edition perfume from my childhood which has not been produced for decades. I literally dreamt about it. And the guys made it happen. Very grateful and very satisfied with the service. Highly recommend!

Amazing service
I am very grateful to CouCouShop for being able to source and deliver to Australia my favorite scent I found whilst on holiday in Europe 2 years ago. I had almost given up being able to access more. They were polite, helpful and provided an amazing, prompt service. Thank you

The experience with Coucou Shop was exceptional - the interaction and communication between the firm and me, as a customer, was fantastic - Thomas was my main contact with CouCou. Thomas kept me in the loop all the way and on every step, advising on the status of the order. Honestly, I didn’t know what to expect since was my first interaction with CouCou and the rare perfume I was looking for hard to find. Thomas made it possible and I am incredible grateful to him and CouCou to bring back beautiful memories from my childhood with Oui-Non perfume. Thank you once again for a stunning collaboration. Excellent customer care
I have purchased from coucoushop a number of times, i have managed to buy fragrances that have been difficult to locate locally and have them shipped. Their service has been exceptional. I have had to speak with them to confirm details and they have been very quick to respond and very helpful too. I will continue to purchase from this company without hesitation.
