Couldn't have asked for better!
The CPC were nothing less than incredible. Our beautiful girl Suzie passed unexpectedly although she was 13 she always seemed bigger than life itself. Nothing slowed her down! We didnt know what to expect with how the process of cremating a pet would go. The information via phone call was incrediblely helpful and they were able to answer all our questions with ease. When the cremation day came, we opted to be present and to say our final goodbyes plus to get some items to remember her by. Vivian was more than helpful and kind and genuinely full of empathy. She took us step by step without being overbearing, her actions were kind and thoughtful. Honestly the whole team was superb! They made an extremely hard day that little bit easier knowing our girl was in such good hands. Thank you again ❤️

Name plaque placed further over one side and off center.
Vivian was very kind and my Labrador Skyla was well looked after. The reason I haven't given a five star is because when I got home, I took Skyla out of the box only to find the casket has her name plaque slanted and not central - how it should be. Its upsetting as it looks bad and I now need to go out and get her a new one.

From the minute I phoned this company it was so easy and they dealt with compassion and spoke me through what happens. I picked up my dogs ashes today as there was a problem with delivery the lady could have not been any more sorry than she was I would definitely recommend cpc

The best and only company to use for your furry friend.
I have used this company for all my cats. Pet Rest Service with this company is second to none and is a very individual last farewell for your special friend. The team at Cpc are very professional and caring. Rueben is extremely caring and very compassionate and is the gentleman I have dealt with the most. This gentleman is the biggest and brightest jewel in the crown for this company. I would heartily recommend this company and especially their Pet Rest services. I can guarantee you will never be dissapointed.

I would like to thank the staff at tewkesbury, i received my beloved kibbles ashes today, he is now back home where he belongs, now i havee to learn to go on without him, but i know he is not far away, thankyou for bringing him home to me
