I purchased items last year
I purchased items last year, I returned the items and never received my refund. I reached out to support and was in contact with someone via email and then eventually stopped getting a response. I reached out on numerous occasions and still nothing. Unfortunately they aren’t registered on BBB because they are located out of the UK. I don’t not recommend purchasing from such a dishonest company.

Amazing product
Amazing product. Versatility within its range for both fast cleaning with the wipes -which end up doing most of the cleaning work- as well as deep cleansing with foam. Works on top parts of the sneakers as well as soles. The 'eraser' works great for suede parts of sneakers, adding to its range of products. Compact packaging easy made for travelling with the travel-kit, love it. Ten out of ten!

I had recently ordered the Crep Ultimate Essentials Kit through their Amazon store. All looked good upon arrival used a couple of wipes throughout the week, and the following weekend made time for a sneaker cleaning day. Got my station set up with my daughter and walked away to finish up making breakfast when my daughter started cleaning and came to me saying her triple white Air Max 90's were stained from using the cleaning solution. After checking, the solution smelled bad and was a kinda thick brownish color. I tried to get a replacement through Amazon but was told I could not because the package was opened and I had used wipes and solution. Mad but chalked it up to an L and moved . A few weeks later, after seeing an FB ad, I made a post about the "Sh!t Brown" experience. To my surprise they [Crep] replied for more info to investigate. After communicating through email, I just wanted to be heard about my dissatisfaction and disappointment. Crep made it right by sending me a new kit and promptly sending it out the same day! I'm currently waiting for the package, but I trust all will be good! So just wanted to shout out Crep customer service, almost a month later from the original purchase, making a sh!t situation right by taking first-hand action! Bravo Crep!
