Ne louez jamais chez eux les prix ne sont pas affichés, on vous dit tout est compris alors que au moment de récupérer le véhicule on vous dit il y a des frais supplémentaires et en plus on fera tout pour garder votre caution

Dear Sir/Madam, If you have genuinely experienced a problem with our service, we are always available through our Customer Service team to listen, investigate and resolve it. However, when posting serious accusations publicly, you should also give the company the opportunity to know who you are, which booking you are referring to, and what exactly happened. This review is completely anonymous and provides no booking details or evidence, making it impossible for us to investigate or respond properly. Our Customer Service department exists precisely for this reason. The appropriate first step when you have a genuine complaint is to contact the company, explain the problem and allow us the opportunity to assist you. We are always happy to resolve legitimate issues, but anonymous accusations and statements such as “they will do everything to keep your deposit” without any explanation or evidence are neither fair nor constructive. If you were our customer, please contact us directly with your name and booking details. We will be happy to investigate the matter and provide you with a proper response.

Unprofessional

Unprofessional, aggressive and clueless staff. Booked a 5 seat car, and they held me a 4 seat as quote "you didn't tell us you needed 5 seats". The car they kept was 2 grades lower despite the extra costs. I was not bothered about the car being a Fiat Panda as they suggest just that it had 5 seats. The car I booked had 5 seats and importantly seats belts for 5 whereas they held a car with 4 seats and 4 seatbelts .They then offered me a Nissan Micra which was 10 years old, headlights fogged over and smelt like a skip. Then they tried to make may pay more for a different car. Then offered me a car for day and hoped I would come back and get a different car the next day. Also they kept me waiting whilst two people from there were having heated debate about something. Do everything you can to avoid this crowd. Their email correspondence was courteous but in person they were not blaming me for only giving them 24 hours notice to book a car. All of this was done on line. If you don't have the car don't take the booking.

Thank you for your review. However, we disagree with the way you have described this situation, as the review does not reflect what actually happened. We have kept all the emails exchanged with you and, if necessary, we are able to make this correspondence public so that people can see the complete situation and both sides of the story. First of all, at no point was our staff unkind, aggressive or rude to you. The staff member spoke calmly and respectfully and tried to find a solution for your last-minute request. You had booked a small car category through our website. The category is advertised as Fiat Panda or similar and the vehicle shown is indicative. We do not promise a specific make, model or exact vehicle. Some vehicles in this category can also be 4-seaters. Even with a 5-seat small car, five adults would not comfortably fit in such a small vehicle, and realistically it is very likely that the next day you would come yourself back to ask for a larger car and this is exactly what we tried to communicate with you. Nevertheless, we did not simply leave you without a solution. We tried to assist you with what was available at that moment. We showed you a 5-seat Nissan Micra, which was absolutely not in the condition you describe in your review. We cannot control what someone chooses to write online, but we know the condition of the vehicle that was shown to you. We also offered you a much larger SUV, suitable for five adults, for only a very small additional amount compared with your original booking. The normal price difference for such a much more expensive and larger vehicle would have been considerably higher, but we tried to offer it to you at a very low additional cost simply to help you. You refused the available options. What is also important is that, during the whole conversation, you and your wife were pretty cooperative and understood the situation. Our staff member was very polite and helpful throughout the conversation. There was not a single moment when our staff behaved aggressively, rudely, or unprofessionally towards you. Our team works hard throughout the long season to serve every customer and find solutions, even in difficult situations. It is unfair to make such accusations against people who genuinely tried to assist you and find a solution. When you decided that you did not want any of the available solutions, we immediately refunded the amount you had already prepaid, leaving you completely free to arrange a rental car elsewhere. We therefore genuinely question what exactly we did wrong in this situation. We understand that a customer may be disappointed when the requested vehicle is not available, especially with a last-minute request. However, this does not mean that our staff were rude, aggressive or unprofessional, and it does not make the statements in this review accurate. We also find it unfortunate that, despite our calm and respectful communication with you, including our responses to emails in which you used insulting language towards us, you chose to publish a review presenting only one side of the story. However, we stand by our team and by the way this situation was handled.

Absolutely awful all round experience…

Absolutely awful all round experience they can't wait quick enough to get you on your way and make you find paintwork damage under poor lighting at night. Car was dirty inside and didn't realise they had left two filthy baby seats in back. No water for screen wash and car Had over 100000 k on clock An abundance of paint damage rust and botched white touch ups. Tried to fleece me for a paint scratch on return. They will go over the car with a fine tooth comb.scratched to pieces hubcaps held on by tie raps. BE WARNED. Unfortunately won't let me add photos of the state of it.

Car was fairly old with scratches on most panels and registered mileage 49000 km, air conditioning didnt work properly. Im still waiting for my deposit to be released from my credit card 17 days after returning the car
