Fantastic pillow…
Just received the memorial pet photo pillow I ordered for my best friend, so very, very happy with it! The color and details of four photos on each side are great! I could not be happier and cannot wait to give it to her for her birthday! She is going to absolutely love it!

Your website is hard to navigate
Your website is hard to navigate. Should be able to preview before your artists send a draft. I could never get a final on the invoice and you automatically approved it, This is unacceptable

Because I didn't order $3.04 cents more…
Because I didn't order $3.04 cents more (just one portrait) I didn't get free shipment, but it looked as if I did on the bar at the top. Adding a purchase insurance took me multiple times to get checked out without it. Misleading. The usps offeres tracking and insurance or whatever company you ship through. This is misleading and just a ploy to get more money spent. Do not auto add it to check out. Website search seems chunky and not smooth. Not as clean any more.
