Be prepared to lose your money
I ordered a dress on the 29th June and I’ve still not received it. Despite me sending multiple emails, I have received nothing back that will help me get this issue arranged. It feels a lot like a scam so I wanted to let anybody who is considering ordering from them know about the risks of them taking your money and doing nothing about getting your items to you. I have also asked for a refund since it’s been so long. Since I haven’t heard from them recently, I will be contacting my bank on Monday morning for a charge back as this company has taken my money fraudulently. Nice touch with the London address on the website, feels more like a scam. PS check my other reviews, the majority of reviews I write are 5 stars. This has been a disappointment.

Wonderful customer service
Wonderful customer service, speedy response to my queries & emails. The quality of the products is very good too, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for shape wear, very comfortable & looks great!

Excellent customer service
I like the dresses they are a nice thick material and I like the integrated shape wear although I do still need to wear a bra. I have ordered about 5 dresses and 4 body suits now. When the latest dress arrived it was too small so I emailed them to ask if I could exchange. The customer service was excellent . They replied really quickly and couldn’t be more helpful .

Great quality and customer service.
I received a long sleeve dress rather than the midi I ordered. "Joy" at customer service was amazing. Reordered the dress I ordered and I didn't need to send back the dress I received in error. The quality of the dress is amazing. I will be shopping again!

Amazing customer service
I had ordered a red dress which was unfortunately not as much of a vibrant colour as I hoped but the customer service was fast and incredibly helpful - allowing me to keep the original item as well as order a new item at no extra charge. Very happy with the overall experience even if the colour wasn't exactly what I wished for!
