Order went missing, customer service drags its feet on the issue
Has been four weeks since my order for the Sons of Russ book went missing. Customer service is painfully slow, they contacted me last week saying they reached out to their US distributor about sorting this out, I have received no updates since then. Weighing going through my bank to get a full refund (you only get a partial refund due to receiving a complementary PDF).

Misinformation and dreadfull comms. I pre-ordered 2 books in January, got an email in March saying they would be shipped next month and followed up with them through all of May and into June. These have now arrived so I'm amending/improving my review. The books themselves are lovely but next time I'll wait until I can buy them in an actual shop...

I pre ordered the Old World RPG…
I pre ordered the Old World RPG Superbacker bundle with a delivery of Q1 2026 (cost in canadian was 417$). It didn't ship until mid May, and i had to reach out to find out it was delayed. I also paid duties (67$cad) for importing to Canada (not Huge deal). When i opened the package, both maps were missing. Not a great experience so far, and will probably avoid cubicle 7 products in the future.

Amazing Company, Amazing Service
I made an error purchasing late on a friday and the customer service went above and beyond to help me fix this, they honestly didn't have to go THAT far to help resolve it for me. Made it a no brainer to pick up way more books than I anticipated. Soulbound being a fantastic RPG doesn't hurt either!
