I bought a Cubot X90 from Ali Express
I bought a Cubot X90 from Ali Express. Phone worked well initially for a week and charged promptly and quickly. After a week it suddenly went into a perpetual re-boot loop, screen flashing and vibrating which drained the battery over the course of a few of hours. On recharging it worked OK for a couple of days and then did the same thing all over again and again.The intervals when it was actually working were getting progressively shorter and shorter. After a few further repeats I'd had enough and decided in the short interval when it was working to do a full factory reset. When charged and powered up again it was still re-boot looping so the phone had clearly left the factory with an inherent fault. No point contacting Cubot as their phone warranty is worthless. Phone should never have left the factory in that state. Never buy a Cubot phone, unless you want a very expensive paperweight.

Ti serve un cellulare perché il tuo non funziona, leggi le caratteristiche e lo compri. Ti arriva dopo quasi due mesi pagando le spese doganali, la batteria non dura una giornata - in ricezione di chiamate si blocca e va in riavvio - la telecamera in notturna non si vede nulla e altro. Chiedi assistenza e ti dicono di fare delle procedure che non sono in grado di fare quindi ti rivolgi a un tecnico pagando senza risultati. Adesso mi dicono ancora di spedire in Polonia il cellulare a mie spese ( ho 70 GB di dati sul telefono) e poi aspettare mesi x riparazione e spedizione. Vi ho spiegato la mia esperienza negativa così pensate a cosa potreste andare incontro e se conviene comprare.

Cubot mobile phone warranty not being honored.
I purchased a Cubot Kingkong ES mobile phone in 2025. After approximately 9 months the phone would turn off and could not be turned on or charged up until at least 3 days later. I contacted Cubot Support and initially they were very helpful. After trying some options, the phone could not be fixed by me. I then sent the phone to Cubot in China from Australia. Now apparently the Chinese Customs Department have not allowed the phone to continue to Cubot in Shenzhen. I do not see that this is my problem as the phone was still under warranty and I complied with the warranty conditions. I now have no phone and Cubot have not helped me with repairing or replacing this phone. The warranty on their phones no good.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience, I bought a cubot and the speaker is having a problem, brand new phone, they're refusing to give my money back never more in my life

Comprei um king Kong 11
Comprei um king Kong 11, já logo de cara, veio com problema alto falante, som totalmente distorcidos, msm com volume baixo, não posso mandar pra assistência técnica pois não posso ficar sem telefone, eu acho que o problema não está no falante e sim no software que tbm não consigo atualizar,e um saco isso ..
