Company funds held hostage for over 15 days with no justification
I am writing this review as a last resort after more than 15 days of having my company's funds frozen on Currency.com with no valid justification and no resolution in sight. I provided every single document requested by their compliance team, twice, within very short timeframes, including contracts, invoices, bank statements, incorporation documents and detailed written clarifications. I went above and beyond what any client should reasonably be expected to provide. In return, I received vague responses, no concrete timeline, and my business funds remain blocked. As a business account holder, this has had a direct and serious impact on my ability to operate, honour supplier obligations and manage my company. Their support team is unreachable by phone and their compliance team does not respond to emails for days on end. I have now formally notified the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission (GFSC), their regulatory authority, and have instructed legal counsel. I am sharing this publicly so that other businesses are aware before entrusting their company funds to this platform. Currency.com, you are holding a company's funds hostage. This is not acceptable
