Selling item not complete
I purchased a sprinkler from them and the price was okay and the sprinkler might or might not be okay not sure because they do not supply a part to make it work with a normal hose. I wrote three times to customer service about it and they keep sending me back the same answer. The fact is they were scammed by the company that sold them the sprinkler and now they are scamming customers selling them a useless item that you have to buy a part to make it work.

Bought 2 pairs of pajamas. Cheap material and not true to size by at least 2 sizes smaller. Don’t buy from them

★☆☆☆☆ If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Daily Steals was a masterclass in how not to treat a customer. What should have been a routine purchase turned into weeks of frustration, repeated mistakes, and an astonishing waste of my time. I ordered an iPad. They failed to send the correct item—not once, but multiple times. After every mistake, I did exactly what they asked: returned the product, waited for the replacement, and gave them another opportunity to make things right. Each time, they failed again. The most frustrating part was that my money was tied up the entire time. While Daily Steals repeatedly failed to fulfill my order correctly, they continued to hold my payment, leaving me without the product I purchased or access to my money. Instead of quickly resolving their own errors, they expected me to invest even more time packing returns, tracking shipments, and repeatedly contacting customer service. This wasn't simply a shipping mistake. It was a complete breakdown in quality control and customer service. After multiple chances, they still could not deliver the correct order. That is inexcusable. The cost wasn't just financial—it was the hours I lost dealing with a problem I didn't create. Time spent emailing customer service, waiting for shipments, arranging returns, and wondering whether the next package would finally be the right one. It never should have taken this much effort to receive an item that had already been paid for. A trustworthy retailer owns its mistakes, fixes them quickly, and values its customers' time. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Daily Steals. I will never purchase from Daily Steals again, and I cannot recommend them to anyone. There are plenty of retailers that value their customers enough to get an order right—or at least make it right when they don't. Based on my experience, Daily Steals does neither.

Good customer service!
Ordered a plant stand, was delivered to wrong address (not their fault) and had an issue with the product (also not their fault) . Sounds like a headache, right? Not at all! An inquiry to their customer service email was answered promptly, and they took ownership of the problem, and with just a few emails took care of the issue perfectly!
