ich habe sie schon mehrmals kontaktiert…
ich habe sie schon mehrmals kontaktiert wegen einer Bestellung die ich im Februar dieses Jahred gemacht habe und noch immer nichts von der Bestellung erhalten und immer wieder vertröstet worden. Sie würden alles tun, dass die Ware noch geliefert werde. Aber leider hat sich nichts getan weder Ware noch Geld sind gekommen. Nachdem ich ihnen angeboten hatte wenigstens das Geld zu rückerstatten. Absolut unseriös, also besser Finger weg!!!!

Also ein mal und nie wieder. Lass eure Finger davon. Ich habe was bestellt und sofort storniert, trotzdem die Ware wurde verschickt. Bis heute nicht angekommen. Versucht das Geld zurück zu bekommen, ohne Erfolg. Nicht mal eine Sterne wert.

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 The US government needs to shut places like this down for US customers. It does not benefit us. The product runs super small. Beware they will make you pay international shipping to return a product which cost three times more than the product itself to make you keep product. Nowhere in their language of return policy it states that the customer is responsible for international shipping. It said the customer is responsible to return product but international charges was not stated online andyou’re talking about 80+ dollars just to ship it back. This review is for Shapshe I don’t know where the DE is coming from. Do not try to get information from me now I have a email thread going back-and-forth with Shapshe customer service telling me that, we don’t have any return labels to return your product we can offer you 30% off your current item. Or you can return it back to us and pay international shipping.

A bit on the high side of pricing "BUT" it is quality something you do not get from a competitor. Shipping is pretty fast. I have not had to reach out for customer service so I can not speak on that

Be Very Careful
This business has very deceptive business practices. They commit fraud by misleading consumers at the time of purchase. When you're on their website, they state that all items are "in stock" and "ready to ship". However, after spending the money for the clothing, they'll send an email stating the item isn't in stock, and the consumer can exchange it for something less than the price of the purchased item not in stock. Under the law this violates the Lanham Act. A seller cannot do any of these things. I would not buy from them unless you either email and ask if they have the item in stock currently or go to another website that provide the same clothing with more honest business approach. The name is Shapeshe but when your card is charged it's under AWX Fashion Design. I would be very leery of this company. They reply to reviews more than they do their customers, which shows they value their bad reputations more than the consumers. I filed with FTC, DOJ and the Attorney General's office as well as the consulate. I spent a lot of money, and I do not take someone defrauding me lightly.
