Items came from multiple suppliers…
Items came from multiple suppliers which means paying multiple returns to different suppliers. I returned items back and its been over 20 days and still disputing, have not had my money refund, and they asking for proof of delivery when they have access and have confirmed to me they have received the parcel. Never buying from debenhams again

The worst company on the internet -avoid at all costs
After a year waiting for the 'next day' delivery of a freezer, and now 24 attempts to reach customer services, Debenhams asked for my bank details to refund me, 5 weeks later I've received nothing. Clearly just another delaying tactic from a company with no integrity that avoids any responsibility for their incompetence. and a customer service policy designed to kick the can down the road indefinitely . Don't risk your money Order No. DUX042754226.

Follow up my Item came broken and un useable I was offered 15% of my money back then 30% Any one having issues with Debenhams should file a complaint with trading standards and I have also contacted pay pal Also small claims court is also an option . This web site is a scam

Faulty item and poor customer service
I ordered a vanity unit and stool from Debenhams. The stool was faulty. Their remote customer service team, repeatedly asked me to photograph and video the inside of a screw housing (which is nigh on impossible and in any case the vanity unit had been a gift) in order for them to pass to their third party supplier. They absolved themselves of any responsibility for the faulty item. Their only offering to me was to arrange for their supplier's courier to pick up the complete unit, which would involve me retrieving it from my young GrandDaughter (it was her birthday present!) They want me to photograph it packaged beforehand, with a view to the third party inspecting it. Clearly they would continue to claim that the fault does not lie with them. Extremely poor customer service, carried out in bad faith and resulting in a dissatisfied customer and a disappointed child. I will certainly not be depriving my granddaughter of the dressing table, which is fit for purpose, in order for them to continue to fail to provide a repair or replacement for the faulty matching stool. A complete sledgehammer to crack a nut, this team obviously lack the discretion to make a sensible customer service decision. Do not make the mistake of imagining that this online marketplace has anything of the integrity of the old Debenhams stores! Order DUX057012611
