Stolen winnings, and don't understand their own rules.
Had a deposit bonus, with max $500 withdrawal. I met the terms of the roll over amount and everything over the $500 was deducted. That's fine by me. I then tried to withdraw $100 and continued playing, ran it up and back down to $1000. Then I wake up next day and my initial withdrawal was denied and suddenly I have $500. I go around and around with CS who insists that even though when the bonus terms were met, and everything over $500 was confiscated, I still cannot win anything more than $500. Then why not deduct everything over $500 the second I win it? They actually told me to withdraw the $500 and make a deposit if I want to win more. I said there is no difference, the money is my money. The terms of the bonus were met. There was no longer an active bonus so everything they claimed was nonsense. They even quoted the "rule" which clearly vindicates me. "We kindly refer you to our terms #29 which states, All of our free bonuses have a maximum withdrawal limit. In the event that the balance exceeds this limit upon completing the wagering requirements, the excess winnings will be automatically deducted and the maximum cashable amount will be reflected in the account balance." It says UPON COMPLETING!!!! Not for eternity, not as long as you leave your winnings in your account, not as long as the casino randomly decides. No, just upon completion. So anything I win with that cashable amount afterwards is mine is it not? I'm pretty sure these people just stole my money and are having a nice little party in the office. I can't even get them to expedite a Bitcoin withdrawal. I have to wait 48. For Bitcoin? This place is a joke. Update: well it's been 48 hours, still no payout. They first tried to claim I didn't request a withdrawal until today. Then I said I have screen shots, they changed their story to it takes 48 NOT COUNTING THE DAY OF REQUEST or weekends. Whatever, fine, I requested Monday, tomorrow is Thursday, let's see what excuse you have for not paying then.

I had a balance of roughly $1600. I attempted to claim and clear a $30 bonus. I actually LOST money attempting to clear the bonus. There was something about trying to claim this bonus while I still had an active balance that was against the rules that I did not understand. OK, fine, void all play relating to the bonus. Instead, they took the entire SIXTEEN HUNDRED dollars in my account. I want to reiterate: I had a balance of about $1600, tried to clear a $30 bonus, lost money doing so, they said you can't try to get a bonus if you have an active balance and then they took the ENTIRE $1600.
