AVOID AT ALL COSTS
AVOID AT ALL COSTS - READ ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS FIRST! (I wish I had) see what they did to me. I don't normally leave negative reviews, but after everything I've experienced, I feel I have no choice. From the moment I arrived, things didn't feel professional. I arrived on time for my appointment after receiving multiple reminders asking me to be there promptly. When I arrived, Deep told me I would have to wait around an hour because he was running behind. I challenged this because I had arrived on time as requested, and I eventually waited around 20 minutes after he said he would ask his other clients to come back later. I found this frustrating due to the amount of reminders I received.I also wasn't asked for basic details, date of birth or to complete any medical history or consent forms before my procedure, which immediately made me question the standards of the clinic. After my Endolaser treatment, I developed a large blister which has now left me with a scar. I understand that complications can happen, but what happened afterwards was even more disappointing. I had to repeatedly ask Deep’s appointment setter for aftercare advice. It wasn't provided as standard, and even when I asked for it, I didn't receive everything in one go. Bits of information were sent over different messages, meaning I had to keep asking questions while trying to deal with a complication. At the time I actually needed help with a blister and advice about what creams to use, I felt like I was left to deal with it myself. It wasn't until around a week later, after I had already raised concerns, that I received a call from Sarah from the aftercare team and multiple calls from Deep. I couldn't understand why I was only receiving attention after I had made a complaint, when I had been asking for help during the first week after my treatment.Sarah then asked me to put all of my concerns in writing, which I did. I spent a considerable amount of time preparing two detailed emails, together with photographs and supporting evidence. Instead of replying properly to those emails, I continued receiving WhatsApp messages which failed to address many of the points I had raised. My second email has still not received a response. If a clinic asks you to put your complaint in writing, the least you should expect is a proper written response. I note that they have time to respond to every negative review but can't reply to emails. Its been over 2 weeks.When I called Deep about my photographs being used, the conversation was completely unacceptable. Rather than trying to resolve the situation, he repeatedly told me to "take me to court" and "see you in court." I found this intimidating, dismissive and completely unprofessional. The whole experience has caused me unnecessary stress and has left me with a scar that is still healing more than six weeks later. If you're considering treatment here, don't just look at the before and after photos. Think about how you'll be treated if something goes wrong. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic. They were only interested in taking my money and not resolving any issues.

It was my first time visiting Deep Aesthetics, and I had a wonderful experience. The doctor was incredibly knowledgeable, highly experienced, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt confident that I was in excellent hands throughout my visit. I’m so happy I found a doctor who truly knows what he’s doing, and I look forward to coming back again. I would highly recommend Deep Aesthetics to anyone looking for professional, expert care.
