I had already completed 7 laser sessions with different therapists before having my 8th and 9th sessions with Ieva, and honestly, the difference in the results has been amazing. I’ve seen better results with Ieva in just two sessions than I did with all my previous sessions. I want to thank Ieva so much for her kindness, care, and professionalism. She is such a friendly and mindful person, and she always makes sure I’m comfortable. Throughout the session, she constantly checks in and asks if I’m okay and how the pain level is, which really shows how much she genuinely cares about her clients. What I appreciate most is that Ieva doesn’t just treat you like another patient. She takes the time to build a connection, listens, and makes you feel comfortable and cared for. I’m genuinely so happy that I got to have my sessions with her, and I’m looking forward to continuing my treatments with Ieva. Thank you so much, Ieva! 🤍

Poor receptionist service
They advertise “ people-first organisation”.. I have booked an appointment 5 days in advance for anti-wrinkle injections. I have arrived 20 minutes in advance and patiently waited to be seen. Just before my turn came, another lady jumped in-front of me and attempted to make an appointment. The receptionist didn’t care I was waiting for an already scheduled session, and she offered the other customer an appointment during the same time like mine and invited her in before even speaking with me. When I have expressed my frustration about this situation, I was engaged with impolite and discriminatory feedback. The doctor service was ok, however based on the experience with the receptionist, nor I will recommend this business to anyone, nor I will return for future services.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a really lovely experience at Therapy Laser Clinic today. Lily was so kind and welcoming and made me feel completely at ease. She really knows her stuff and was able to answer all my questions and give me great advice on a few different treatments I was interested in. She was very knowledgeable, honest and helpful, and took the time to explain everything without making me feel rushed or pressured. Really happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Lily and Therapy Laser Clinic.

Unfair cancellation police despite exceptional circumstances
I have been a loyal customer of Thérapie Clinic for over four years and, until this experience, I have always been very happy with the service. I have also never previously missed an appointment. I had a laser hair removal appointment booked at the Newry Clinic on Saturday 29 August 2026. Unfortunately, I was unable to reach the clinic due to the extensive road closures and diversions in Newry associated with a band Parade. Importantly, this was not a case of me simply deciding not to attend or cancelling my appointment. I was on my way to my appointment and genuinely attempted to get there, but I was physically unable to access the clinic because of the road closures. I contacted the clinic to explain the situation. I was advised that, because I had given less than 48 hours’ notice, I could not reschedule and would lose the pre-paid treatment session. I subsequently contacted Thérapie’s customer service team to explain the circumstances and request that my session be reinstated as a gesture of goodwill. I provided evidence of the significant road closures and disruption in Newry on the day. Although Thérapie acknowledged in their response that the circumstances were “unexpected and outside of your control” and that they understood why I considered them exceptional, they ultimately refused to reinstate my session, stating that they are strictly bound by their 48-hour cancellation policy. I completely understand the need for a cancellation policy, but I feel there should be some discretion for genuinely exceptional circumstances. I had a four-year history of attending my appointments without ever missing one, I was actively trying to get to the clinic, and the reason I couldn’t attend was entirely outside of my control. I find it particularly disappointing that a company I have been a loyal customer of for over four years was unwilling to make a goodwill exception in these circumstances, resulting in me losing a treatment session that I had already paid for. I am considering whether or not to continue my hair removal with Thérapie clinic

Great service from Louise
Great service from Louise. She is very kind, understanding, thoughtful. Explains everything in great detail. Makes you feel very comfortable when experiencing something new you are not familiar with.would recommend her all day everyday as long as you don’t affect my appointments 😂😂
