Stealth downgrade and zero communication: a total disappointment
I have always considered DeepL one of the best translation tools on the market, but their recent handling of paid Pro accounts has been unacceptable, to say the least. Without any prior notice or transparent communication, they rolled out a severe downgrade to core features. Overnight, I was forced to deal with sudden limitations that completely disrupted my daily workflow, causing significant delays and inconvenience. Among these changes, reducing the glossary limit to a mere 5 entries is absolutely ridiculous for paying customers who rely on this tool for professional work. Unilaterally altering terms of service and cutting account features without informing paying clients beforehand shows a complete lack of respect for users. It is impossible to rely on a professional tool when the rules keep changing for the worse without warning. Non-existent customer support and zero transparency. If you are looking for a reliable tool for work, look elsewhere. Strongly not recommended.

Incredibly frustrating to use
Even with a paid account you are constantly logged out and forced to log in again and again and again. And now they also seem to have added Cloudflare validation to make the login process even slower and more annoying. I won't be renewing when the current year expires.
