Don’t waist your time and money
Don’t waist your time and money. Been waiting for a month till received my order. They sent the wrong clownfish, and when I called them, they tried to convince me that they had sent the correct one. In the end, I received no compensation at all, and I had to give the fish away and buy the one I actually wanted from another seller.

Do not waste your effort or money
Do not waste your effort on this company. Ordered 2 white porcelain crabs 7th May. Had to chase them for delivery time as the expected dates given had passed. Finally after numerous phone calls and excuses given of 6 “failed” attempts to getting them in stock one crab arrived when I challenged on to where the other one was they admitted the person who picked my order messed up and as they have messed me around so much they will send me the other one free of delivery charge. To clarify at this point the first one died after a week had the water tested everything was fine my end.. still waiting for the crab to arrive and have to keep sending contact to them. They are awful at communicating do not keep to their word the most awful company I have ever dealt with to date

Absolutely the worst company I've ever…
Absolutely the worst company I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. My fish tropical reed fish arrived in a bag and just a cardboard box. It arrived beaten up, missing an eye and died before I even took the poor mite from his bag. I will be reporting for animal cruelty. It doesn't end there. This sham company doesn't reply to messages regarding the issue. PayPal is now dealing with these cruel muppets. HONESTLY FOLK, AVOID THIS EXCUSE FOR AN AQUATICS SHOP. I'm making everyone aware of these lot on my numerous aquatic groups.
