I could not fault dentaverce in any way
I could not fault dentaverce in any way The communication was perfect and I didnt even need to chase anyone for anything. I was informed of my pickup times and shown the driver who will be collecting us. On arrival withing the first hour was told of pickup times without asking All of the staff are amazing and friendly, they couldnt do enough for you! genuinely impressed. My dentist was metin and has gave me an amazing smile! All the dentists are perfectionists, my wife had a female dentist secil, so my wife was more comfortable. My consultant abdullah & medical advisor berat couldnt be more helpfull and very welcoming and friendly. The proccess we went through was pleasant considering having our teeth shaved down, could not feel one bit of pain at all I recommened bringing cuppasoup or you can buy soup from the restaurant inside the hotel as you will not be able to eat anything remotely solid as your teeth will be extremely sensitive after. Bring a bottle aswell with a straw end it will be easier to drink from. And a separate straw for other drinks you want The hotel we stayed in the kordon is lovely with a rooftop swimming pool. Which you can ask for a hotel with swimming pool if you would like. Plenty of shops close by with soft drinks snacks etc The temporary teeth aren't fully comfortable but allows you to talk properly and eat without the sensitivity, dont be worried to tell the dentist if there actually really uncomfortable and if you would like a minor adjustment. When you have a test run of your permanent teeth they use a mild glue, they will fill slighlty loose but gets you to see what they will look like & any adjustments you feel you need. Ask questions and concerns there more than happy to help! Once you get the permanent teeth in they will do minor adjustments and you can feel free to say if you feel anything All the staff are absolutely amazing, friendly and courteous! We felt so comfortable. There is also a aftercare service in Canterbury by Hazel. Thank you from myself & my wife for our new smiles! 😁

WOW… where do I even start?!
WOW… where do I even start?! From the moment I first contacted Sam, I knew this was where I’d be getting my new teeth done. He was so friendly, answered all 101 of my questions, and made me feel completely at ease from the start. When we arrived, everything ran so smoothly. While I was having my procedure, Sam stayed with me the entire time to translate everything, which I honestly wasn’t expecting. That level of care and support meant so much and made the whole experience completely stress-free. The dentist and the two lovely ladies on reception were all so kind and made sure I was comfortable, happy, and well looked after throughout the whole process. So many people told me not to go to Turkey to get my teeth done, but trust me – it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! The prices are amazing for the quality of the treatment, the service, and the aftercare you receive. I couldn’t be happier with my new smile and would 1000% recommend Dentaverse to anyone considering getting their teeth done!

From the first exchange via text with Hazel, who is consultant based in UK, to the last consultation at the clinic in Izmir it was great experience. Information provided by by Hazel was straight forward and transparent which helped to book the treatment without much hesitation. Upon arrival to Izmir My companion and I were met by friendly driver and taken to the hotel. On the morning of first appointment we got driven to the clinic and met by patient care coordinator Aldus. His friendly manner and infectious humour eased pre-op nerves. Doctor DT. Cecil was caring and gentle. Whole team @ Dentaverse Turkey is warm, professional and caring. Most definitely would recommend if you are looking for treatment abroad.

I can Definately recommend the Dentaverse Clinic in Izmir Turkey. From my initial conversation with Abdullah regarding the dental work I required he was amazing . Not only is he an excellent care co-ordinator but also a dedicated point of contact. His friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism along with his great communication skills were outstanding. He’s a great asset for Dentaverse. Berat my medical consultant also needs to be mentioned. He was always ready to have a conversation regarding my treatment plan and answer all my questions. My dentist DT Secil Koseoglu was wonderful, her expertise, empathetic and professional manner put me completely at ease and I am now pain free and delighted with the end result, I can’t stop smiling now. I must also mention the organisation of the entire package from pick up from the airport by a very polite and safe driver in a very comfortable limousine and all transfers between airport, hotel and clinic. Transfers always being on time. The hotel was friendly, clean and comfortable with breakfast included. I did like the hotels central location as it enabled us to explore the wonderful sights of Izmir when I was not in the clinic. The entire treatment plan was very well organised and I did like the very personal care I received. So much so that my wife who had travelled out with me decided to have dental work done too. She is very happy with the end result and we would highly recommend. It is also very helpful knowing that Dentaverse UK as a consultation office in Canterbury Kent and can offer aftercare options that are available. From the moment we landed
From the moment we landed, every part of this trip exceeded our expectations. My friend had done her homework beforehand, and I’d been asked to come along as her chaperone, especially since we’ve all heard the horror stories about “Turkey teeth.” I can honestly say this experience was nothing like that. We were greeted at the airport by a lovely driver who took us straight to our accommodation, which was already included in the price my friend paid. As the chaperone, my stay in the twin room was completely free. Breakfast was included each morning, and we simply paid for our own lunches and dinners, which is perfectly reasonable. The hotel location was ideal, right in the centre, and we were picked up every day at various times depending on the treatment schedule. We met Abdullah, our coordinator, in the hotel lobby, who was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making sure everything ran smoothly. We also had regular updates from Ezgi, who messaged us throughout the stay to keep us informed about each stage of the treatment. Her communication was excellent and really reassuring. The clinic itself is spotless. Modern, clean, and professional. Every member of staff was friendly, and their English was excellent, which was a relief, as my Turkish is non‑existent. The whole team made us feel comfortable and well looked after. This is a family‑run clinic, and you can feel that in the care, warmth, and attention they give. I’ve already recommended them to friends since returning home, and I will continue to do so. Highly recommend — you won’t be disappointed. P.S Abdullah is a credit to this clinic. Give him a pay rise!
