Delivery is out for delivery in the…
Delivery is out for delivery in the early morning 9am, but still couldn't deliver even by the end of the day. I had to work from home consecutively 2 days just to get the delivery. When you track it show out for delivery but never get delivered. Also couldn't not reach out to Customer service.

A great service
I can only say what a great service. I got in contact with there customer service team and explained that I am disabled with mobility issues so need packages delivered to my front door. Every delivery is placed in my hands or put in my door. I cannot believe how well I am looked after.

Do it yourself!
I wasn’t even using their service but they delivered two parcels to my house when I was out . The two parcels had totally different eircodes to my own . I understand one different eircode but two!! One was a neighbour the other was a long way away so i rang so they would come and collect it . I had it sitting by the door all that day but no they came at 720 am the next morning . Had the cheek to leave the engine of the van running right outside my daughters bedroom and then phoned away at me . It was obvious that the house was still in bed by the lack of movement and all the blinds closed! It is the school holidays still! He expected me to get out of bed and take parcel out to him too or take the parcel into my local town and drop it to a drop off spot they use . Lets remember here neither of these parcels that i had to sort were anything to do with me . Just think a bit much! Phone calls made ( waiting on hold) local depot not answering either / delivery of parcel to a neighbour / disturbance of daughter / out of bed the next morning to give parcel back and then forgot driver said he was expecting it to be on doorstep - cheek of it . I dont mind helping anyone in a genuine mistake but it was sloppy delivering and then it was me tgat paid for the mistake!

Absolute morons
Absolute morons. I have had three packages "delivered" by these idiots in the last two years. Why does anyone use them. All three packages were else way late.or.lost. The worst. When I see their name.I know I will not.get package on time And so it is again. Package due yesterday. No.sign
