Straight out theft, scam company and no one is doing anything!!
Unfortunately I wont be able to help anyone because most of us come here after we were scammed.:( It is unbelievable that a company can just so easily steal our money and get away with it! Im here for the UK website which they call Dyara fashion, but its the same as Dianara in other countries. I bought a pair of wedges for 40 pounds, never heard of this company, the photos were amazing and stylish. The website claims they are a Dutch company, EU based so returns would be easy and hassle free. The sandals arrived and they were the cheapest looking rubbish Ive ever seen, worth maybe 2 pounds. Straight away I requested a refund. And thats where it all started! They make your return absolutely impossible!! They write you so many emails trying to get you not to return and accept pathetic deals, like get 5% of the price and keep the item! Finally after I sent many emails, they gave me a Chinese address and said I had to cover the cost. There was no mention of a return to China at their website, they made it sound like its an easy breezy return within the EU! The postage would cost me half the money the sandals cost! And even then there is no guarantee Im going to see any refund again, if I send my item to the middle of China!! Im absolutely fuming and Im not going to let this one go..We should get together and stop these scammers from stealing our money! Pathetic, disgusting company.

Bestellt, bezahlt und nichts passiert
Bestellt und bezahlt hatte ich am 14.06.2026, heute ist der 22.07. 2026. Bis dato gibt es keine Anzeichen dafür, dass noch eine Lieferung erfolgt. Den Kundenservice habe ich zweimal kontaktiert, auch hier reagiert niemand.

The worst customer service possible!!! NOt possible to get in touch with them when you want to make a return. Don't answer for 4 months or more. DON'T ORDER HERE IT IS THE WORST!!!!!

Stay Away - only buy if you love polyester!
Stay Away! If you like polyester - then that's what you'll get. No cotton, no wool nor linen threads in their fabrics. The jacket I ordered was missing a buttonhole! Cheaply made - no lining at all. The size small looked like a medium.

Don't waste money on this shop!
Don't waste money on this shop!! I received my dress and it was completely different from what was advertised - quality-wise and visualy-wise. I also paid for express shipping and it did not arrive on time.
