Yritys oli lähettänyt akun VÄÄRÄLLÄ SOPIMUSTUNNUKSELLA JA SIKSI OLEN ODOTTANUT SITÄ NYT MUUTAMAN PÄIVÄN SIJAAN TOISTA VIIKKOA. USKOMATONTA PELLEILYÄ. EDELLEENKÄÄN TÄTÄ FIRMAA EI SAA MITENKÄÄN KIINNI. VIEN ASIAN ETEENPÄIN.

I asked for a refund from this company…
I asked for a refund from this company for their Pocket ATM. I did not start the product or click on any of the links that were sent to me regarding its activation. And after several days, since my first request, I am still being asked why I want a refund - even though I have clearly stated my reasons several times. My initial request was received by their customer support staff. I clearly told them why I do not want the product (it will entail a substantial additional financial cost over time - according to reviews - AND requires a substantial time investment to learn how to use this product correctly. I am 71 years old, I am living on social security and a part time job - and I am not tech savvy - AT ALL! I requested the refund within 24 hours of the initial purchase, which was several days ago. Now, they are asking for more information about WHY I cannot utilize their product. I feel like they are taking advantage of an elderly person.

Hei iPhone oli jäätynyt omena-logon kohdalle ja yritin itse Applen ohjeiden mukaan päivittää ja en onnistunut. Vein Digistoreen ja kerroin mitä olin tehnyt. Työntekijä kertoi suurinpiirtein,että muisti ym ovat tyhjentyneet tämän takia. Pelästyin suuresti valokuvien ym vuoksi. Hänkään ei saanut puhelinta auki ja sanoi ettei SIM kortti auta tietojen säilymiseen. Ostin uuden puhelimen ja kaikki tiedot olivat tallessa ”pilvessä”. Työntekijän pitäisi olla selvillä asioista ennenkuin tympeästi pelästyttää asiakkaan.

Wonderful service…
I had subscribed to a service offered by a company who used Digistore24 for invoicing and billing. My financial circumstances changed and I needed to cancel the subscription. Despite me not terminating in the correct way, Nesleen at Digistore24 could not have been more helpful and kind. She activated the termination immediately and let me know with the nicest email. Highly recommend.
