Bought TUBIK by Tora Magic for 85 quid, the wooden box containing the trick was damaged where tape had pulled off the finish leaving white patches, I let that go when I contacted them, all I wanted was a new link for the tutorial as the link provided was dead, no reply not even to tell me to bugger off, not good, would not recommend based on poor quality item and their after sales. EDIT, His reply to my review is outrageous, I was not abusive in any way, I could hardly get a word in because of all his shouting down the phone, he has lied about emails , I have not recieved one, nevermind two,Funny that i recieved the email from this post and the emails from them on my purchase no problem, My review stands, stay away EDIT AGAIN, FINAL TIME, no need to bother with the video link, but can I post an audio clip on here, I will contact to find out.

Not as advertised
What I received look completely different to the photo (wish I could share photos) they are also of extremely poor quality. No apology from the company when I contacted them just that I had to return that at my own expense. Don't waste your money. In response to the reply the photos do not match at all! I literally sent them a photo of what I received and what is shown on their website! No I am definitely not happy.

I bought a set of dynamic coins for a stocking filler for my 9 year old daughter. Firstly, the shells had to be banged hard onto the table to allow thenm to drop. Placing a 10p piece of top of each stack loosed the grip for each shell. Once the gimmick was turned over the shell would too easily fall out. I have a personal set which I bought 30 years ago in Hamleys by Mervin's. These are precision engineered, whereas this set, including a replacement set are not fit for purpose. I need to return them to get a refund butI feel I should not have to pay shipping fees for product unfit for purpose.

Placed an overseas order No repayment for shipping of returned items.
Placed an overseas order, and the webpage clearly states shipping is included in the "VAT" However, I was charged an additional fee from customs that wanted to tax a $800 order. My order was nowhere near $800, and now Discount Magic refuses to offer a full refund for items I never received. Do not do business with Neil Plummer, as there are no warnings about extra fees applied to overseas shipping on the website. Discount Magic will not only get the items returned to them so that they can just sell again, but also profit from keeping the shipping charges, which cost almost as much as the products you ordered in the first place. The customer loses the shipping or VAT paid for any items returned to the business. There is no notice on the webpage about a restocking fee or a warning that you will not get a total refund of the items ordered once returned to the business. I'm the one who paid for the shipping so the business is not out of any money. The business kept the shipping funds, which cost them nothing, and stole money from the original order. This is a bad sign that a business has to stoop to underhanded practices just to try to stay in business.
