If I could give them a minus rating
If I could give them a minus rating, I would. They sent me the wrong item and then, after I pointed this point, assured me that they are sending the right product this time around. Lo and behold, and what arrived what exactly what they send the first time around - not the item I ordered, or was trying to order. Customer service will tell you all you want to hear and basically correct nothing. The people packing your stuff are not in touch with the actual order and will pack and send you whatever, just not the item you actually paid for. I'd say avoid them at all costs. Unreliable, careless, deliberately inattentive, unprofessional, and greedy. Their online system is from the 12th century and their pipeline of communication about as effective as a vacuum cleaner tasked with vacuuming the ocean.
