Ho comprato con loro un sacco di volte
Ho comprato con loro un sacco di volte. Tra prodotti per la pulizia, da mangiare, per bambini . Sono sempre trovata bene, a volte mi arriva qualcosa rotta, però giro le foto e mi me rimborsano. Adesso un po' lento la spedizione, prima era più veloce.

Siamo 2 ragazzine e siamo appena state…
Siamo 2 ragazzine e siamo appena state al dm di brunico. Pagando la cassiera è stata molto scortese, in particolare con una di noi. Il totale era di circa 6 euro e le abbiamo dato una banconota da 10euro, ma a lei non andava bene, ha borbottato qualcosa come "hai 5?" Le abbiamo dato 5 centesimi per facilitare il resto ma niente. Abbiamo quindi provato a darle ancora piu monete ma poi ci ha fatto capire che per qualche strano motivo voleva la cifra esatta. Mentre noi cercavamo nel portafoglio lei si lamentava con il cliente successivo che non sapevamo contare le monete e si domandava se ci insegnassero la matematica a scuola.veramente inaccettabile quando si può semplicemente restituire il resto (al altra di noi l ha fatto). Persone come queste si dovrebbero mandare a pulire i bagni.

Ho sempre ordinato sul sito . Sempre tutto bene . Ultimamente da questa è estate 2026 il servizio è scarso . Consegna in ritardo, articoli danneggiati o mancanti . Corriere Brt che dà la consegna per un giorno ma poi non consegna nulla

DM in italy has to come to the 21s century
DM is my favourite store in Germany, Serbia and Austria. I lived in those places and I always appreciate the products. I was so happy when they finally arrived to Italy. But Italy being Italy....it carried its vastly complicated and not-for-humans management even to this brand that has ZERO reasons to get bad reviews for its products. Here I want to complain about overly complicated LOYALTY card. It cannot be that every time I close the App, it recquires me to log back in. Always asking password. Never ready when I am at the cashier. And reception/wifi in the store - horrible. Come on - live in the 21st century and offer the DM service at the level it deserves and it has demonstrated Europe-wide.

Ottima qualità, pessimo servizio
Purtroppo mi trovo costretta a fare una recensione negativa. Amo i prodotti dm, adoro i prodotti per i bambini, biologici, curati, mai avuto problemi con pannolini o altro. È la consegna il mio problema, e gli ordini online. Arrivano in ritardo rispetto ai tempi indicati, ma il vero problema è il corriere, che lascia i pacchi ai vicini sotto il sole cocente oppure arriva il pacco esploso... Ho pure mandato una PEC a dm ma sembra sia finita nel dimenticatoio. Eppure spendo ogni anno tra i 700 e i 1000€ di prodotti per neonati. Vivo lontano dal negozio e il ritiro express nei punti vendita è un problema perché non hanno parcheggio e io ho due neonati. È un vero peccato, ma purtroppo il problema della consegna è davvero invalidante.
