very poor staff service, waited for too long in the counter. we booked for 7 seater but gave us 5 seater car with a lot of stains in the seat.

Attention arnaque: dollar m a facturé des frais d’essence ( le réservoir était soi dianat rempli aux 7/8 eme ) alors que j’ai fait le plein d’essence juste avant la restitution . Loueur à fuir!!

If there is an option to give 0 star, I will go for that, absolutely pathetic post sales customer service. I am on a long term lease with them, they picked up my 7 seater at 2pm and gave me a dinky car stating that my car will be returned post service in 2-3 hours. I setup my going out plans based on that. After 5 follow ups, I got to know that my car is not ready and they deliverd a lower grad 7 seater at 12am at night. when you are on the call with them, they customer service staff hates apologising and will come down to 'This is what we have'. Also no eta on when my actual car will be returned. I was looking to rent another car as a long term from them but will take my business somewhere else. Also will check how can I get out of this contract

By far the worst customer service with…

By far the worst customer service with any company I’ve come across. If I could give this company negative stars I would. Do not use them!!! They are complete scammers. They dropped off the car late and then proceeded to charge extra days costs because they forgot to pick up the car when agreed. They then went on to being completely dishonest. Rude customer service staff and completely incompetent. I have escalated my case to Hertz as it’s about principle. There is no way they have been voted best customer experience. And to add they do not answer their phones, reply on email, WhatsApp or their chat facility!!!!

Absolutely horrific customer service…

Absolutely horrific customer service experience. - I received faulty car which I had to chase to get a replacement - they scammed me by charging low fuel upon return until I showed them photo proof which forced them to reverse the charge - no responses via whatsapp/email regarding charges - I extended the rental by one month, which I had to do online. They charged me an additional AED200 for the 3 hours in between the two contracts although I was advised (via whatsapp) to make the payment online and I did not return/exchange the car. I simply just extended it. Why are you charging me for an additional day in between?? - Same customer service phone number but 5 different staff, so you have to explain and send screenshots every single time to start the complaint over again - Specifically, Helen. Horrific service, does not respond, threatened to raise to legal department - to which I had the pleasure of speaking with them due to fraud charges by Dollar - I have now raised the complaint of fraudulant charges for the 6th time with no response
