Great service, fast and friendly. I love that it's easy and you get a premium experience. The donors are checked when you need a donor these are the information you want. You want it to be as complete as possible.

Fabulous customer service
The staff are ALWAYS ready to help with complicated queries - I have asked a lot of questions! They have a personal approach, for example messaging you directly on the chat to confirm an order has gone through in addition to the email confirmation - outstanding customer service. The delivery was on time and there were no issues. The profiles of the donors are detailed and I like the fact that pictures are included. I would really recommend the Donor Network.

The team at Donor Network were incredible! From signing up, searching for UK compliant donors, to taking to the team about options and helping us at every question, thought and general enquiry they have been insanely wonderful. They showed patience when our clinic here was waiting for an import license, and I had constant worries and questions, donor network replied fast and even refunded on their own merit when I paid for extra services I didn’t need. They were also the first to let me know when the donor sperm arrived in clinic! All in all, Claus, Jakob, Maja, Bjorn, Jo Danica, and all the team are phenomenal and made quite a strange process feel, special and made me feel important and a priority.

Professional product quality, but requires proactive coordination
The purchasing process on the website was seamless and very easy to navigate. Everything went smoothly from the initial order. Compared to another cryobank I’ve used in the past, the process here is slightly different—they don’t require you to provide a contact person at your clinic, as the bank handles the communication directly. However, I would advise others to stay proactive in monitoring the shipment. My clinic is a large network, and it took several days to align the communication between the bank and the medical staff. Unfortunately, the bank missed an email from the clinic, and I only realized on the expected delivery day that the material hadn't been shipped yet. I had to intervene personally to get things moving. It is worth noting that while it is impossible to reach them by phone, their chat and email support are excellent and very responsive. Thankfully, I had enough time before my IVF stimulation, but it could have been stressful otherwise. It would have been better if the bank had proactively informed me about the delay, rather than me having to chase it. That said, the results are what count the most. The material itself was of high quality. Out of 10 retrieved eggs, all fertilized, and 9 reached the blastocyst stage and were successfully frozen. It’s clear that the shipping process did not affect the quality of the samples at all. Would I use their services again? Absolutely. I would just recommend that future customers closely monitor the shipment dates and perhaps facilitate the communication between the bank and the clinic themselves to ensure everything stays on track.
