Wonderful
Wonderful. He did my upper and lower blepharoplasty in December 2025 and it went so well I went back for a much bigger full plane neck and face lift and it also went wonderful. Highly recommend!

What an excellent Surgeon
Dr. Çağatay is an exceptional surgeon whose skill, precision, and calm professionalism made me feel completely safe throughout my treatment. He explained every step clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and approached my surgery with remarkable attention to detail. Even at this early stage, the results are excellent, and I am confident they will continue to improve as healing progresses. I am deeply grateful for his expertise and care, and I would highly recommend him to anyone considering surgery.

Dr Çağatay is fab
Dr Çağatay Öner performed a neck and lower face lift and I am happy with the results so far but I'm only a week post op. I met Dr Çağatay via a video call before deciding if he was the surgeon for me and he totally put my mind at ease. He speaks excellent French and English (he understands British humor which is impressive) and is outstanding in his field of work. When arriving in Turkey, I was informed every step of the way in what was happening to me. The day before I was told the time of the surgery and when the driver would come and pick me up from the hotel. I was also given some documents to review as far as consent forms and liability instead of just being given them on the day. The day of surgery I was picked up, dropped off and then discussed with the doctor, patient coordinator and anesthesiologist in a consultation room. During the surgeon consultation they took before pictures, used a special pen on areas he was going to work, and discussed the procedure and post op care. I never felt pressured to undertake additional surgical work and no sense of upsale which is something I was unnecessarily worried about. Then I had the 5 hour surgery which I can only assume went well as I'm here to write this review! I woke up and felt a bit groggy but that is to be expected from having a general anesthesia. I had a random side effect from the GA where my right ankle and foot were numb when I awoke but now a week later, I have some feeling back but it's still not 100% but better than a week ago. I was reassured the feelings would come back slowly each day and not to worry. I ended up staying in the hospital for 2 days. I very much recommend Vanity. My results are TBA as it's take roughly 3 months for your face to relax and settle but I can most certainly see a difference after a week. Doctor Çağatay Öner, the nurses, housekeeping, drivers and my patient co-ordinator made this experience a positive one. I recommend.

Dr Çağatay is an exceptional surgeon and one of the best doctors I have ever met From the first consultation he made me feel comfortable confident and fully informed about the procedure He was patient professional caring and took the time to answer all of my questions without rushing His experience and attention to detail were clear throughout the entire process The surgery was performed successfully and I am very happy with the results He constantly reassured me and made me feel safe before and after the operation I am grateful for his excellent work professionalism and dedication to his patients I highly recommend Dr Çağatay to anyone looking for a skilled experienced and trustworthy surgeon

This was my second time to go to…
This was my second time to go to Istanbul for cosmetic procedures, so I was already familiar with the process. This time, I went to Istanbul to have a breast reduction with Dr Cagatay. About 3 days before my surgery, I asked if we could also do a deep plane face and neck lift. The day of the surgery, I met with the anesthesiologist who said the length of procedures would be too long and we would only be able to do the breast reduction. While I was disappointed, I also want to thank the staff of Vanity for putting my health first. I am so grateful. Now on to the surgery, the staff, Dr Cagatay, Zeynep and of course, Murat. Everyone was very professional, informative and constantly attentive. I felt I was in very good hands and confident with the process from start to finish. I am one week out from surgery but I can already see that the breast reduction is going to be so good and the facial fat transfers- wow! Can’t wait for the fat transfers to settle in and see the final results from my breast reduction. I highly recommend and will be going back next year to do the deep plane and face lift. Very, very happy!
