Terrible customer service…
Ordered the Ghost XL camera which came with a faulty mic adapter. Raised the issue with Drift customer service and was completely ignored following the initial confirmation of my support request. Tried 3 times to get a response, all of which were ignored. Returned the camera for a refund.

I do NOT recommend DRIFT
Very poor camera and very poor customer service. Bought a Ghost XL camera to attach to my motorcycle helmet. The audio recording is poor. The LCD screen is very small and a big step back from my previous Stealth 2 camera. The voice feedback is unintelligible. I couldn't get WiFi to work. Customer service took MONTHS to respond and then went totally quiet. Very disappointed. I will not be buying a Drift Innovation product again.

driftinnovation ghost xl…
I have a driftinnovation ghost xl camera which i use while cycling, this enables me to record and report any close passes. I recently noticed the time stamp recorded to the video clips are wrong even though the date and time settings on the camera are right. Reported to customer technical support and got nowhere. Useless.

BEWARE SCAMMERS!!!
BEWARE SCAMMERS!!! Ordered and paid for my item in August, waited and waited, nothing, contacted the "Support team" and I got the usual bs "we will look into it", they didn't, contacted them again in October, "we will escalate to our SENIOR support team..." more BS. It's January now and I'm done with them! BEWARE ORDERING AND PAYING THIS COMPANY, YOU MIGHT END UP WITHOUT ITEMS AND MONEY!!! NEVER will I ever own another Drift innovation piece of kit in my life and make sure everyone I know knows about it as well!!!

Totally Useless
My £400 camera stopped working and totally ruined my one off holiday that I wanted to record, I got on to this company to explain the situation 6 months ago now and all they have done is ignore me, do not 🚫 buy their overpriced cameras or accessories as when they go wrong and they definitely will you will get ignored and left with an expensive piece of rubbish avoid this company at all costs
