We ordered a scooter
We ordered a scooter, and everything went great—super-fast delivery, excellent email communication. When we needed spare parts, that wasn't a problem either, and delivery was super fast. We ordered it to Slovakia, and the process was seamless. I recommend them 100%.

I’m from Australia and I have issues…
I’m from Australia and I have issues where I cannot find new suspension for my aging dueltron thunder . Went to the local scooter shop and than expansion outward into other states. No one gotten back to me on eta when or if they can get the part. I’ve disliked buying on sites I do not know but I was in my wits and I found this place . Had great review and decided to buy, customer service was great and has open communication till I got my part. Highly recommend.

Great customer service
My escooter (rovoron r7) was on a small stock crunch so i could first receive it in may i ordered it april 13th but the customer service was fantastic they even gave me a 180€ discount on the r7 pro if i wanted that so it would be shipped immediately. Great service😁 MAY 13 my scooter has stopped working and im currently trying to fix it if ur thinking of buying the r7 please wait till they have improved it. I have Been sent a lot of replacement parts for free they have great customer service!

Really kind and comforting support
I bought my dualtron thunder 3 back in December 2025, and i can say that Dualtron shop have been really helpful, and trusting, after my scooters rgb lights for some reason malfunctioned, they offered a transport back to spain to repair it, even though it costs alot of money they still ended up fixing it, and now when i needed parts i asked them if the part came with screws, and they said no but offered to add them. At first i was skeptical about buying from there since its alot of money for the thunder 3, but now i trust them 100% and will eventually buy something else maybe even more powerful scooter from there in the future. Definitely deserves a 5 star rating.
