I purchased two 2-day unlimited passes right before the pandemic and after all the travel restrictions happened my trip to Ireland became impossible. I was still optimistic to go Dublin in 2021 so I didn't ask for refund, but instead for another year extension. This was last summer. The company agreed. So now, with pandemic still going and those new variants of the virus it doesn't seem like a trip to Ireland will be possible even in 2021. So, I asked for my money back. Instead I was offered another year extension and a swap for another city. But now, after a year into pandemic, it is obvious that it will take a long time to go back to normal, and even with another year extension most tourist attractions will be restricted, limited or closed, so the pass doesn't/won't have the same value anymore and can't provide or guarantee all the attractions originally advertised during my purchase. So I asked for reimbursement and was told to wait for the management team reply. Few days later I get a very nasty email from their parent company The Leisure Pass Group saying to forget about my refund (again they are not able to provide services as advertised), but also they won't be giving me another year extension, basically telling me to travel during pandemic and to catch Covid. What an absolutely disgusting trash company who disrespects their customers and wishes them to get sick. I can't believe companies like that still exist in 2021!!! For those who still considering buying anything from them: if they acted so barbaric with such major issue, imagine what would it be when you have a smaller problem with your passes...

Very good deal, this is the smartest way of discovering Dublin. The only one think, I have tried to reach customers service by email and phone no answer other than that, I highly recommend Thank you Ramy

wont refund no matter what. I hope they go out of business. DO NOT buy until you actually get to your destination.

Best way for a turist to get a full experience out of Dublin, at a fair price!

If I could do 0 star I would...please note all good reviews are prior to covid, after that they've washed their hands of customer care..Absolutely shocking... couldn't get in anywhere, no buses, they were only available Fri to Mon this is not on there website, so we discovered this when we arrived Tues!!! We did not know that we couldn't get access to main attractions...we used it on one attraction a museum thing so of course it was then activated, we were then doomed. They keep selling passes and not making people in the UK aware you can't use them if you've not been in Dublin for 14 days. Even today looking at website there is no mention UK travellers can't access stuff ... If you've purchased a pass get your money back, before activating it and before 30 days otherwise you'll loose out. Goes against all trade description act 1968 selling item which are misleading...don't know how they've got away with it.
