I ordered sandals and they sent me loafers and now almost a month later after sending the loafers back and numerous phone calls and texts they will no longer respond to me at all. They have my 150$ and haven’t provided shoes!!!

I absolutely love these shoes! I am no longer struggling in pain and am not swelling. I love how cute they are, and I can't believe how good they look. They match my Seed Antidote pants in Ron Burgundy perfectly!

I wanted to return the shoes as they…
I wanted to return the shoes as they didn’t fit and I was not interested in the style. The return process is a nightmare. You have to pay to send the shoes back and a “handling fee” of 10%. The fee was never mentioned on the website. I have emailed back and forth 5 times now and still don’t have an address to mail the shoes back. It will be about $30 for the privilege to try those shoes .

The customer support has ghosted me …
The customer support has ghosted me on email. I’ve attempted to get my refund on items that were immediately returned and never opened or used. I’ve sent multiple emails and proof that items were received by their company. This is beginning to be very frustrating. They do not stand by their promise to refund.

COSTLY RETURN
I ordered two pair of hurraches in different sizes and one pair of boots - I ordered my US size and my UK size because their sizing is not the same as most US/UK I thought I read the return policy thoroughly but I didn’t quite absorb that I would be paying return shipping AND a 10% restocking fee. They are wordy and vague about these things. The boots are well made and completely differently sized than the shoes. They also came from Turkey - UPS claims they want import tarrif fees and the box was totally destroyed so it’s a good thing I did not have to return them. The shoes also have a different sole which is very hard and slippery. Returning the 2 pair of shoes cost me $26 plus a 10% restocking fee. Easy returns?! I think not. I wish I never ordered anything.
