Easyplant is the real deal
Easyplant offers extremely high quality plants with reliable self-watering pots. They also nail the style, with a wide selection of pots and stands. Their customer service is also out of this world! You can get to a real person right away and they respond quickly and are always looking to make the customer satisfied.

Very happy with Easyplants!!
I have made 2 purchases of large plants from easyplant. Each time delivery was great, set up easy and they looked great! My second plant they leaves started to turn brown after about a month. I sent photos. Easyplant quickly gave me a full refund! So easy! I will use that refund to buy more plants! I LOVE Easyplants!

Highly recommend
Easy to order. Plants were brilliant - arrived quickly, beautifully packed and look stunning. This was a gift, and was really well received. One of the plants was not doing well at all after a few weeks - I contacted easyplant with pictures and said what I'd tried and really I was after any further suggestions. They replied and said they'd replace it immediately and it was already on order! No need to send the old one back. Amazing service.

I wanted to love these plants so much
I wanted to love these plants so much. Love the concept. Very responsive customer service. But… My jade plants are dying. A marble pathos I bought arrived with root rot. It lost all of its leaves and stems within 2 weeks. Customer service was helpful. They sent me a replacement. They gave advice…don’t water it for a while and give it time to adjust to the trauma of shipping. This one arrived looking better. I followed directions. It’s been a few weeks and unfortunately. This one got root rot too and died. I also ordered a regular jade plant that arrived healthy and was thriving. It’s about one and a half months later and now it’s having the same issue. I’m giving up and sticking to regular hardy plants like my ZZ, bamboo and snake plants. They don’t require much upkeep and they’re doing great. No more easy plants for me.
