It's a fraud company
It's a fraud company. They sell subscription and never give option to cancel the subscription nor they provide you invoice for the payment. Support is pathetic, if you need any help no one respond until you ignore asking any help.

Cannot stop payments even though they downgraded me without consultation to a free account
I have a monthly paid account, but online it is now showing as a free account and the features (useful when they were working, but unreliable) have been lost. I cannot access any billing details to stop the recurring card payments and I am getting no response to emails. The support phone number given on my invoices is an invalid number. As others have said, to get a cancellation of recurring payments from their side seems impossible, even though they have ceased to provide the service.

Good, Bad... Ugly
There are some great things and some terrible things. Great: - Easy to use less complex than competitors - Super helpful tool - Good functionality Terrible: - Issues - they roll out changes without thinking through the impact e.g. the labelling function was overhauled which mean't hundreds of labels were lost/removed which was part of a key workflow for us - Customer service is poor and they take FOREVER to reply. When they do they then don't follow up OR they make excuses for issues. - key functionality removed mid-contract e.g. the ability top start a cold chat from within CRM Overall a good tool for a small business/start up but I absolutely would not trust it to roll our across a team/company - too unstable.

I asked to cancel my subscription a year ago, they didn’t, I am still being charged and can’t cancel it. Talking to support team to see if it gets fixed.
