Wanted to thank the team for their fantastic customer service after I stupidly ordered the incorrect wheel! Within 48hrs the wheel was returned, lots of communication and help to get the right one. The correct wheel arrived the same week and my son is very happy! Thanks again to the team! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was in search of a brushless motor controller for my ebike,and came across ebike solution and the name says it all any questions I had the company had a solution,good communication, efficient and professional the hole time, and extremely fast delivery, above and beyond what i expected of a service incredible!

This company lied on custom forms
The product is fine, but this company lied on customs paperwork which resulted in extra fees and a large fine from customs and excise. The product was good, but be prepared to pay significant additional fees (my penalty was almost 600usd). Anne promised to refund me 300usd but has continued to promise for months without following through

mtx 39 front wheel thru axle
i bought an mtx 39 front wheel thru axle for £100. it came a little scratched on the rim and on the hub (where the axle goes thru) i don’t care if it was a little bit scratched, im paying 100 great british pounds for a “brand new” product. delivery was fast, i got refunded £10. However i am sure you can understand my frustration when i pay for something new and expect it to be 100% perfect
