Wieder so ein Online-Shop ohne Möglichkeit der Stornierung einer Bestellung
Wieder so ein Online-Shop, bei dem Bestellungen nicht unmittelbar nach Absenden der Online-Bestellung nicht mehr storniert werden kann, obwohl es sich nur um ein Brillengestell ohne Gläser handelte. Email an den Kundensupport nutzten nichts, weil die Emails mit der Bitte um Stornierung (wahrscheinlich bewusst) erst nach dem Versenden der bestellten Ware bearbeitet werden. Man kann's ja mal versuchen, vielleicht behält der doofe Kunde die Ware ja.

Sent me lenses without blue filter, won't pay me back the difference
I ordered glasses with lenses with a blue light blocking filter, but I received normal anti-reflection lenses without the blue filter. They admitted to have messed up my order, but refuse to refund the price of the lenses or even the difference! Very unprofessional. They want to me to return the glasses and make me wait weeks without them so they can "analyze" the case and send me the correct order. However, right now I cannot do that, I will be out of my country, but they do not care!

As happy as Larry with my prescription sunglasses
I recently ordered prescription sunglasses from Edeloptics and I am very satisfied my purchase. I have been searching for a pair of stylish (but unpretentious!) sunglasses for a while, so decided to give a go to the Polaroid PLD 2086/S 086 UC 47 model. They did a great job getting hold of the model I wanted (which was out of stock in first instance) and in getting my glasses delivered to my doorstep, just on time for the Cambridge Folk Festival. This was my first-time ordering prescription glasses online, so I was hesitant of not using the services of my usual opticians. Thankfully, the experience turned to be genuinely smooth. It was very easy to choose my preferred lenses and provide my eyesight prescription details. I have now received my sunglasses and I am pleased to say that my vision is as clear as expected. I was somehow sceptical about the value for money that is offered by this company, but the sunglasses look great on me and the quality of the prescription lenses is on par to that of my daily glasses. I am as happy as Larry. Spoke to lovely chaps at Customer Support, by the way! P.S. I bought 2 Tom Fords and one Dolce…
I bought 2 Tom Fords and one Dolce Gabbana (one sunglasses and one frames), however the gold bits started to tarnish, look greenish and lost all the shine in a really weird way. I had Tom Ford glasses before and this never happened, anyway i contacted them with photos and guess what? They put the blame on me LOL. I don't think they sell genuine products. They are very good imitations. I wouldn't shop from them at all.
