Non-existent customer service and false advertisement
I have been a happy customer of Eid Party for years but my recent experience left me really disappointed and frustrated. For the last order I placed I chose their next-day delivery option which clearly states at checkout it would be delivered the next day via DPD if ordered before midday Monday to Thursday. I placed my order at 9:53am on a Wednesday so was well within the cutoff period to receive it the next day. However, they shipped the item with Evri (who are a horrible courier service and not trustworthy in my area) and I didn't receive the item until 3 days later. On top of that, I paid £9.99 for this privilege - double the cost of what every other business charges for next-day delivery. My parcel was so small and lightweight (as small as a letter) so there's no way it cost that much to even ship next-day. They must've profited from the delivery charge too which is wrong. I believe they sent my order with their standard delivery service, and I have tried contacting them multiple times to receive a refund for the extra delivery charge I paid as the service provided does not match the service that was advertised and purchased. I would advise avoiding this company because if you have any issues you will not receive help. Furthermore, there's no point paying extra for any delivery services as the delivery options on their website are fake - they will send your parcel however they please. I will now be pursuing a chargeback via my bank as I have failed to receive any communication from Eid Party, despite emailing them multiple times.

Order Delay and Cancellation Issue
have been a loyal customer and have ordered from you many times, especially during Eid and other occasions. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been very disappointing. I placed my order based on the information on your website stating that delivery takes 2–3 days. However, after 5 days, I had not received any confirmation or update regarding the processing of my order. As the order was time-sensitive, I decided to cancel it since it was no longer needed. I attempted to contact you via email but received no response. I also reached out through social media and was advised to wait and follow up by email. Surprisingly, after 10 days, I received an email stating that my order had been processed and would arrive the next day or the day after. This situation feels very unprofessional and has caused significant inconvenience. becouse i will return the order and i will pay for the shipping agine .. This feels unfair and misleading

I am disgusted in Eid party’s customer…
I am disgusted in Eid party’s customer service and shocked at the fact they sell cheap quality stuff for high prices. All that aside, spent £70 to get the complete wrong order. Customer service keep ignoring, rubbish scamming company representing Muslims when they scam!! Be aware everyone big scam, don’t even purchase the £1 item better of getting from temu!!!
