My sixth 3D printer is the CC2, which is also my fourth Elegoo printer. I probably wrote you the best review you've ever received, but it was obviously too early... The other day, when I was supposed to take a break to insert the nuts, my CC2C stopped in place, so the head stayed on the material and I had no room to do my work. I googled a bit and found out that it was a problem that was caused by uploading the latest firmware ?!?!? The first question is - how could it happen that the firmware was uploaded without my permission??? O.K. I wrote an email and described the problem THAT ELEGOO HAS BEEN AWARE OF FOR DAYS BECAUSE THEY F*CKED UP A HUGE NUMBER OF USERS... also, they already have a new firmware that solves the problem... I never got back to a female person by email asking me to send a video with a documented problem and a copy of the invoice so they can see who I am. I lost my temper there. She should have just directed me to the new firmware, and she's asking me for a copy of the receipt - because even after the fourth printer I bought, the masters are not able to recognize me by email address, and about the recording of the problem that half the world is talking about... not to mention Basically... A DISASTER. I think this is my last Elegoo

I have ordered 3 printers but I didnt…
I have ordered 3 printers but I didnt receive any of them. Dhl shows that delivery is not posible and they have returned items directly to the sender (Elegoo). But Elegoo still say that they didnt receive items back and dont want to give my money back.My order number is #EDE25097. Scam
