With Elfsight's support you are not alone . . and not pressured to upgrade
Developing a website can be tough (sometimes I swear it's easier to hand code) . . but Darria Y made it painless. I got through on a chat right away -- on a Saturday. She held my hand and unlocked the exact feature I wanted very quickly. And didn't try to upsell me . . . With this support like her's you are not alone. Great product too

Brilliant customer support
Brilliant customer support. The widgets are decent and easy to use. Not sure about the response speed but they really do work. Now to the really unusual thing….. I had difficulty with one of the widgets. The CSA read and understood my issue. She looked at my widgets and looked at how I implemented them on the website and then responded with suggestions of how I could fix them - with screen grabs using my widgets. Fantastic. It turns out I had misunderstood what a particular field meant. The stand out thing here is that the CSA took the time to understand and gave a detailed and meaningful explanation. I am so used to other companies giving trite, rubbish answers - this was so refreshing.
