Misleading delivery timeframe
Update: the founder has reached out and apologised for the situation, later found out the parcel got sent back to the custom again which was out of their control. Although there was a clear miscommunication issue on the order status, she kindly offered a reasonable resolution. ——————————————————— Original post: Extremely disappointing experience. It has been over two weeks, and I still haven’t received my order. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times, but they cannot provide a meaningful update or tell me where my parcel is. The parcel cleared customs more than 10 days ago, yet no one appears to have handled it or arranged delivery. All I receive are generic apology emails with no useful information, explanation, or action. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Impeccable Customer Service!
I spent the whole afternoon thinking if I should purchase the grip socks my sister wanted. Having just given birth (after doing pilates until her 37th week of pregnancy), I wanted something to make her feel her pink again. Emma was wonderful - she contacted me to ask if everything was okay, and even gave me a discount code to check out. This is such an amazing experience, I’ll be back to buy more FOR MYSELF!

I just ordered my new dual direction grip socks and are very excited! I also had a great conversation with Emma (via text) on my order where she answered any questions I had and offered me a discount code! It's been a pleasure interacting with this organisation so far and I'm excited to try these socks in my next pilates class!
