Genau so sollte es sein
Sehr gute Erfahrung von Anfang bis Ende. Alles war transparent, zuverlässig und deutlich unkomplizierter als erwartet. Man merkt, dass hier Wert auf einen guten Service gelegt wird. Ich würde den Anbieter jederzeit wieder nutzen.

HORRIBLE
HORRIBLE. The first dress did not look even look 1% like what i had orderd. It was 20 cm too short. very bad quality. The second dress was completely other dress, colors and model different, i orderd green/gray arrived yellow and pink. I had to send it back, and cost me a lot of money and still waiting for refund. Pictures on their website is extreamly edited and they deleted my picture and review from IG and their website.

FAKE STORE!! SPAM!!!! I waited a month for my order and they didn't send me anything!!! I contacted support and they had the nerve to send me this! “We're sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. We have received a chargeback notification. The funds has been blocked. We can't process with your refund now. Could you please withdraw the dispute. To save your time and hassle, we can directly process a full refund for you after you withdraw the dispute. “ LIARS AND THIEVES!!!

⭐ 1/5 — Extremely disappointing experience I would NOT recommend ordering from Elrance based on my experience. I placed my order on 29 July, and almost a month later it is STILL showing “awaiting shipment.” I have contacted them multiple times through both email and Instagram asking for a simple update and a confirmed shipping date, but I still cannot get a clear answer. Instead of actually telling me where my order is or when it will be shipped, I keep receiving vague responses saying that they will “urge customer service to contact me via email.” How many times should a customer have to chase a company just to find out what is happening with an order they have already paid for? At this point, I have specifically asked them to either confirm when my dress will be shipped or arrange a full refund. Still no proper resolution. The lack of communication, transparency and customer service has been incredibly unprofessional and frustrating. I certainly did not expect to spend almost a month chasing a company for basic information about an order. Think twice before ordering.
