NOT FOR SIDE SLEEPERS
If you're a side sleeper, DO NOT BUY. I have completely ruined my back, and in desperation went and picked up an old, cheap spring-only mattress and it felt like heaven. Emma mattresses don't have much 'give' at all, I gave it 3+ months to break in but I am now paying heaps in physio bills. I was spending 8+ hours a night with my spine/shoulders in horrible positions. The bed is just so firm with no movement at all. I think if you're a back sleeper you'd be okay. Ultimately, if you have to market this aggressively, there's usually a reason, and I fell for it... From a girl now sleeping on her bedroom floor with a single mattress next to her husband haha!

Ordering was easy and delivery was quick. It came vacuum packed in double plastic and then boxed up. It was easy to transport and easy to unwrap. It was extremely comfortable for the 2 nights I have slept on it so far.

Poor customer service when dealing with problems
Unbelievably poor customer care. Had confirmation that after having a mattress for 6 years, it is covered by the guarantee and offered a refund or replacement and this is where the saga begins. The replacement offered was a much cheaper mattress so I asked them to include a new mattress protector which they refused to do despite there being a difference of over £100 in the replacement mattress cost versus what I paid. They sent me a replacement mattress that I refused delivery for and I’ve had to now arrange to send back the faulty mattress and wait for a refund. A very simple and easy customer friendly process would have been simply to add in a mattress protector and it would still have been less than the amount being refunded and this could have been sorted in days as opposed to nearly 6 weeks of pointless emails. Products and guaranty may be good but customer service is extremely poor
