Good products but slow delivery
The site was easy to use and the items were a decent price and quality. However, it took a long time to come. I was unaware my order was coming from Germany when I ordered. The tracking stopped working halfway through. I e-mailed ask when I could expect my order. Coincidentally, the order came the next day. I never got a reply from EMP.

Terrrible took money without permission …
Took money off me over and over even thou I had cancelled my subscription overr 5 years ago - so basically stole money off me - avoid like thee plague.

Yet another delayed order and yet…
Yet another delayed order and yet they're pretty quick to take your money. I note all the negative feedback and most of the EMP responses appear generic and none offering to help. You have to do the running around, it would appear. My order is late and I have other orders saved, but no way I'll be ordering from EMP now. Think I'll spread the word over social media. Disgraceful service.

A good company to deal with
I have ordered a total of three tee shirts form EMP and all were good quality and delivered quickly. Unfortunately one was too large so I had to return it but the process simple and easy, no quibles. A good company to do business with.

Nothing but good experiences with EMP.
I was a little hesitant ordering from a new website given the reviews re: sizing, but I've ordered a few items from this website these last few months and I haven't had any problems with this company. Given my height, finding clothes that fit is quite tricky, but I used the size guide provided and haven't had a problem thus far. I'd say the delivery could be a little faster, but for the price paid and the quality of the items, I don't mind the one or two days extra waiting - the emails with tracking numbers and updates is a nice touch, too. I mostly buy the Rock Rebel stuff but also a lot of the Alchemy Gothic merchandise because the items sent actually match the pictures in terms of size, appearance, and quality. I haven't had to return any items, so I can't comment on customer services, but given I haven't had a single problem with an order, there's no reason to contact the company. Lastly, the vouchers with discounts for future purchases in each parcel and the recyclable packaging is a nice touch. Overall, I'd 100% recommend. 👍👍👍
