Legitimate discounted hotel rates
Legitimate discounted hotel rates. Only thing is the hotels on offer were not as advertised. They were still 4 star accommodation, but different to those advertised - the advertised hotels lasted for a bit on the offer, but were replaced after a short while with substituted accommodations, which was disappointing. But was good to still have an excuse to have a discounted holiday.

Our stay was excellent with a lovely room overlooking the marina at Sails Rydges Port Macquarie. The staff were lovely and the booking process smooth.

Unable to use the vacation package…
Unable to use the vacation package after three attempts We purchased a 3-night Leavenworth getaway from Endless Luxury on March 3, 2026, specifically for 2 adults and 2 children. We were told the package included a stay at one of the participating hotels. We have now tried THREE separate times to use the getaway and have been unable to book it. The most frustrating part is that their own booking calendar shows dates in GREEN as “Available” for 2 adults and 2 children. But after selecting those exact dates and clicking Search, the system says: “Right now no hotels available. Please try some other dates.” We experienced similar availability problems previously and even contacted Endless Luxury about the issue in March. Their support team confirmed at that time that the reservation needed to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. After our third unsuccessful attempt, I requested a refund. Instead of addressing the repeated inability to book the vacation we purchased, customer service simply cited their 3-day cancellation policy and refused the refund. This is not a case of our plans changing or simply deciding we no longer want the package. We have repeatedly tried to USE what we paid for and have been unable to do so. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend purchasing one of these getaway packages.

Comfortable accommodation
Friendly staff, location was good, room clean and spacious and bed was comfortable 👌 There could have done with a guest laundry for the convenience of guest for the rooms that didn't have laundry facilities in room.

We enjoyed having the Nesuto apartment as our base in canberra for 3 nights and will be staying there again. Booking process was seamless
